I work as an Executive and Personal Coach and Developer of People, MCIPD, LPI, ICF

I enjoy empowering people through their learning experiences whilst supporting their journey and development. 

I am a coach who listens well, which support Clients as they pick through the finer points of their expressions; thoughts, intentions and actions. 

My experiences in the Human Resources arena as a Senior HR Business Partner, Learning and Development Manager, Insights Practitioner and Coach have transformed people’s view and experiences of their values, work and purpose, supporting attainment of their life goals.

I have coached thousands of people within Corporate and non-Corporate environments who struggled to decipher their goals, until they learnt the best way to achieve their goals.

Many Clients have been Senior Management, CEO’s, COO, SVPs, VPs; MD’s, Directors, Managers and Employees, Professional Counsellors, Consultants, Friends and new Acquaintances supporting professional and personal skill development, transformation projects, career change and business exits. Students from London Borough of Barnet supporting career goals and personal development. 

Researching why clients struggled to decipher or achieve their goals, led me to create a system and model for Coaching.

The Love model has 4 simple and connecting principles: Listen, Observe, Value, Empower.

My clients are like lamps and I help Clients to switch on their lights to illuminate their paths. Coaching helps Clients to focus their light on and through unclear aspirations. I ignite Clients strengths, skills and passion through their self-analysis, self-reflection, and experimentation to pinpoint true intentions uncovering steps to accomplish their goals.

I am keen to offer my services in other industries including start-up’s, NHS, Local government and some existing tech and Media Groups.

In the spirit of Victor Frankl, I choose to believe that I have the Clients interest at heart, and will continue to learn, find new ways to connect and explore with their agenda held firmly in mind.
